POCKET BUDDIES My favorite thing to have in my pocket is my Pocket Buddy. A little square with a face on it that keeps me company throughout my day. Plus, if you want something to cheer you up grab a pocket buddy and stare at their smile. Or if you're sad and you want you're buddy to feel the same way as you grab you're feeling buddy. Hi, I'm Rachel but in little parts of stories you may hear me as The Maker. Pocket Buddies all started on a regular day while we were eating lunch at school. I had to have something good with me lunch, so I bought a cookie wrapped in saran wrap. I started to remember getting saran wrap and me and Jayna always used to fight over it because we liked the way it krumpled in our hand. After, I had remembered this I reminded Breanna of this time and she started to laugh. But of course good old Brittney heard and there was no stopping her to saying, "OOO... I WANT IT!" Soon, Maggie wanted it and then Taylor and one by one this regular lunch started falling apart. But, you should no that when Brittney wants something she usually gets it from us. I didn't think that she had it and then after lunch she gave it to me. When we got back into the classroom I started to fold it in half until it became a square. I stuck it under my name tag and sometimes it slide under my books. It was doing this patern until it became a flat little saran wrap square. Soon, I drew a face on it and on the back I wrote pocket buddy. This little buddy came everywhere with me. I didn't lose it for three days and on that third day I told all my friends that I had a pocket buddy. They loved him so much that they kept on asking me to make them one. So, I told them all they had to get me was some saran wrap and I would make them one. We started out with our own basic club, with Brittney, Breanna, me, Maggie, Taylor and Michelle. We had our own rules. We had everything a basic club had. Everyone had a name for their pocket buddy. Such as, Pocket Buddy, Pocket Pal, Pocket Chic, Pocket Girl, Pocket Pony, and Pocket Dude. Now, from that day forward the amount of pocket buddies varie from one to even twelve maybe. The names varie from Pocket Chic, to Hawaiian Hibiskis Buddy. The species varie from, original buddy, to a rainbow Buddy. I am the Maker of these pocket buddies, and I'm here to say, who wouldn't want one of these treasures? ME AND MY FRIENDS At school I have many friends that love and care for me. Let me name some of them, Rachel (Brown), Maggie, Breanna, Brittney, Cassie, Jackie, Sydney, Amanda, Cassie, and Taylor. Those are the basic good friends of mine. I have friends outside of school to, here are some of their names, Maisy, Brielle, Kylie, Jami, Alize', Alyssa, Sonia, and Kristin. Those are the basic ones. At school my job for my homies is to make pocket buddies (read story on right) for all of my friends. They stick with me when I'm alone and are always there for me. A matter of fact school isn't everything, I'm going trick'o'treating with Brittney. She's really nice. My best friend of all time lives out of school her name is Maisy. So as you can see I have a lot of fun with my friends. Thanks for reading this. My Friend Portfolio Maisy: her favorite colors are pink and yellow, and is home schooled. Brittney: her favorite colors are pink, blue and green, and goes to Woodridge. Breanna: Her favorite colors are blue and green, and goes to Woodridge. Cassie: Her favorite colors are, blue, orange, and pink. She goes to Woodridge. Jami: Her least favorite color is, pink, and she goes to Assumption. Maggie: Her favorite colors are, pink and yellow, and she goes to Woodridge Kylie: She likes to play soccer, basketball, and volleyball, and goes to Assumption with Jami. Alize: Plays on the same soccer team as Kylie, and she lives on the South Hill. That's my friend Portfolio!!!
